Chocolate Chip Pie 1

1-1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs

1 cup sugar

1 cup chopped pecans

1/2 cup chocolate chips

1 tsp baking powder

3 egg whites

1 tsp vanilla

1/2 cup whipping cream, whipped

Grease and flour 9 inch pie plate. Combine first 5 ingredients. Beat egg whites and vanilla until stiff peaks form. Fold egg whites/vanilla into crumb mixture. Spread evenly in prepared pie plate. Bake at 350F for 20 minutes or until light brown. Cool.

Before serving top with whipped cream.
