Chocolate Crinkle Cookies

1/2 cup vegetable oil
4 squares of unsweetened chocolate (melted)
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup confectioner's sugar
2 tsp vanilla

Mix chocolate, oil and sugar. Blend in 1 egg at a time. Add vanilla. Stir in flour, baking powder and salt into mixture. Chill overnight or several hours. Heat oven to 350F. Drop teaspoon of dough in confectioner's sugar and shape into balls. Place on greased cookie sheet and bake 10 to 12 minutes. Do not over bake, because cookies become hard.
