Chocolate Eclair Pie 2

3 boxes Instant French vanilla pudding
1 large Cool Whip
1 box graham crackers
1 small can chocolate cake icing
9x11 inch pan

Mix pudding as directed on package. Add Cool Whip and blend. Layer the bottom of the pan with graham crackers and top with a layer of the Cool Whip mixture. Repeat the layers until ready to top with chocolate icing. Put in the refrigerator overnight.
