Fig Cobbler

1/2 cup mashed figs
4 tbs lemon juice
1-1/4 cup brown sugar or white
3 eggs
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup Wesson or margarine
2 cups all purpose flour, sifted
1 tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 cup raisins or pecans

Bake 1 hour at 350F. Can be poured in Bundt pan.
