Four Layer Delight

1/4 lb butter
1 cup flour
1 cup chopped nuts
One 8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
Three 8 oz containers Cool Whip
3 cups milk
One 3.4 oz box vanilla instant pudding
One 3.4 oz box chocolate pudding

Mix butter, flour, and nuts. Press into a 9x12 inch pan. Bake at 350F for 15 minutes (or until light brown). Cool completely. Mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, one 8 oz Cool Whip. Spread on cooled crust. Mix pudding, milk, and one 8 oz Cool Whip. Spread on top of cream cheese layer. Top with remaining Cool Whip. Cover and refrigerate over night. Keep in refrigerator until ready to serve.

Optional:
You may drizzle with Magic Shell, sprinkle with chopped nuts and garnish with a few cherries about 30 minutes before serving.
