Combine cream cheese and 1 cup powdered sugar in bowl and mix with electric mixer until blended. Spread over warm cookie crust. Set aside.
In sauce pan cook on a low fire, cook until glaze thickens. Cook until lukewarm. This will keep the fruit from turning dark (canned fruit may be used). Mix cookie mix (golden sugar cookie mix) as directions on the box, BUT OMIT THE WATER. Bake at 350F for about 12 minutes or until golden brown.
Slice fruit thin and arrange on cream cheese mixture.
Steps for layers:
Cookie, cream cheese mixture, fruit and last glaze.
Use a 13-1/2 inch pizza pan.
For the fruit:
Work outside the middle. Start with about 2 peaches, 3 kiwi, 2-1/2 bananas, 1/2 pint of strawberries and 1/4 of a pint of blueberries.
