Fudge Pie

1/4 cup Margarine
1-1/2 cups sugar
1/4 cup baking cocoa
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 6 oz can
Evaporated milk
1 un-baked 9-inch pie shell

Melt margarine in saucepan. Add sugar cocoa, eggs, vanilla and evaporated milk in order listed, mixing well after each addition. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 300F for 1 hour.

Serve with whipped topping or ice cream.
