Japanese Fruit Pie 1

1 cup sugar
1/4 lb melted margarine
Pinch of salt
2 eggs, beaten
1 tbs vinegar
1/2 cup flaked coconut
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup raisins
One 9 inch pie shell, un-baked

Mix sugar, salt, eggs and vinegar. Add coconut, pecans and raisins. Pour into un-baked pie shell. Bake at 325F for 35-40 minutes.
