Peach Pie

Make dough for single pie crust
One 29 oz can sliced peaches
1 cup sugar
2 tbs flour
1 tsp almond extract

In saucepan put sugar, flour and slowly drain the peach juice into mixture and stir well. Add peaches and cook until thick and dear. Pour into baking dish and top with pastry. Bake in 350F oven until pastry browns.
