Pear and Pecan Spice Cake

2 cups enriched self-rising flour
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
3 eggs
1-1/2 cups packed brown sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup canned pear juice
1 tsp vanilla extract 2 cans (29 or, each) sliced Bartlett pears, diced, well drained
1 cup chopped pecans

Stir together flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg; set aside. Beat eggs, brown sugar, oil, pear juice and vanilla until smooth. Stir in flour mixture. Bake in preheated 350F oven 45 50 minutes or until wooden toothpick inserted comes out clean and top is lightly browned.
