Pecan Cake 2

2 cups butter
2 cups sugar
6 eggs
1 tsp lemon extract
4 cups flour
1-1/2 tsp baking powder
2 cups white raisins
4 cups broken pecans

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time, beat. Add lemon extract.

Sift Together:
Flour, baking powder. Add to this the raisins and pecans, coating. Add to butter mixture and blend well. Grease and flour cake tube pan. Bake in 275F oven 2 hours.
