Blend well the margarine, flour, and sugar. Add nuts. Press in 9x13 pan. Bake 350F for 20-25 minutes.
When the crust has cooled, pour the mixture over it. Mix one small box of chocolate instant pudding with one small box of vanilla instant pudding with 2-1/2 cups of milk.
(Use an electric mixer to make sure the pudding is mixed well). Pour pudding over the cheese mixture. Chill for several hours. Top with Cool Whip.
