Southern Pecan Pie

1 cup coarsely chopped pecans
3 eggs
1 tbs melted butter
1 cup light Karo syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 cup sugar
1 tbs flour
One 9 inch pie shell, un-baked

Arrange pecans in pie shell. Beat eggs, add butter, corn syrup, and vanilla. Stir until well blended Combine sugar and flour. Beat with egg mixture and pour over nuts. Let stand until the nuts rise. Bake at 375F for 45 min.
