Southern Praline

1 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup pecans
1/2 cup light cream
2 tbs butter

Combine sugar, cream and salt. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly. Stir in butter and pecans. Cook until mixture forms a soft ball. Drop by spoonful on a buttered surface.
