Squash Pudding 4

3 large squash
3 egg yolks
1-1/2 tbs flour
1 cup sugar or to taste
1/2 can Carnation Milk, small can
1/8 lb butter
Vanilla to taste

Boil squash until completely cooked. Mash some and strain to get as much water out as possible. Add butter. Beat eggs with sugar. Mix flour with some of the milk, add to egg mixture with remaining milk. Add vanilla. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 375F.

Beat egg whites till foamy. Add two tbs of sugar for each egg white.
