Sweet Potato Pie

1 lb sweet potatoes

3 eggs

1 cup firmly packed brown sugar

Dash allspice

1 tall can evaporated milk

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp nutmeg

1/2 tsp ginger

Mash and beat sweet potatoes until smooth. Beat eggs slightly. Stir all ingredients together. Pour into chilled pie shell. Bake 45 minutes at 325F.
