Blend first four ingredients. Combine remaining ingredients and add to yam mixture. Bake in slightly greased 7x11 inch glass baking dish at 300F for 60 minutes until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Let cool completely. Top with Cream Cheese Frosting.
Combine cream cheese and margarine; add milk and vanilla. Gradually add sugar until frosting reaches spreading consistency.
