Amaretto

3 cups Sugar

2 cups Water

1 Peeled / Sliced Lemon Peel Only

2-2/3 cups Vodka

6 tsp Almond Extract

2 tsp Vanilla

1 tsp Chocolate Extract

*** Combine sugar and water with lemon peel slices and simmer for 20 minutes. In another bowl mix vodka, almond extract, vanilla and chocolate extract. After sugar and water simmered mix the two together.
