Eggnog

8 Eggs
6 cups Evaporated Milk
1 lb Powdered Sugar
1 tbs Vanilla Extract
3 cups Water
Sprinkle (Optional) Nutmeg

*** Beat eggs till color changes and becomes frothy. Mix evaporated milk and water and scald. Gradually add a little hot mixture to the eggs then add mixture to hot milk. Add powdered sugar and bring to a boil but do not boil. Remove from heat and add vanilla.

Yield: 8 Servings
