Liqueur Raspberry Creme

1-1/4 cups Simple Syrup No. 1
1/2 cup Red Raspberry Syrup (From Grocery)
1-1/3 cups Vodka
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Dash Fresh / Frozen Juice Lemon

*** Combine all ingredients in at least a (4 cup) jar and close and cap jar tightly. Store for one week.

Yield: 4 Cups.

Simple Syrup No. 1
2 cups Water
1 Lemon
3 cups Granulated Sugar

*** Use paring knife to pare zest of the lemon. Blot on paper towel or napkin to remove oil. Combine sugar, peel and water in a large saucepan. Heat to boil while stirring often. Lower heat. Simmer for 5 minutes. Strain into glass container. Cool to room temperature before preparing liqueurs.

Yield: 3-3/4 Cups or Enough for 3 Batches.
