Lemonade

1 cup lemon, juice freshly squeezed
3 cups sugar
1 gallon water (1 quart hot, 3 quarts cold)
4 lemon rinds -- keep whole

Mix sugar with one quart hot water. Stir until dissolved, Add three quarts cold water. Stir well. Add in lemon juice. Stir. Serve over ice. Stir or shake before each serving to mix. Add lemon rinds to keep strong flavor.
