Broccoli Crab Bisque

8 cup onions
2 cup celery
4 tsp. marjoram
4 tsp. thyme
2 lb. butter
1-1/2 tsp. kitchen season mix (salt, pepper, cayenne to taste)
1/2 scoop flour
1 No. 10 can carnation milk
1-1/2 gal. chicken stock
3 lb. crabmeat
Two 2-1/2 lb. of broccoli fresh spears chopped

Saute onion, celery, broccoli, 1/4 (chopped fine, marjoram, thyme, butter and seasoning. Add flour slowly to thicken, chicken stock. Cook about 1/2 hour, then add carnation milk and cook on lower heat for one hour. Add crabmeat at end of cooking. Simmer 5 minutes. Caution: Do not boil cream soup will curdle.
