Brown turkey in large saucepan; drain. Sprinkle with salt and chili powder. Add beans, water and picante sauce; bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Ladle into shallow bowls; top as desired. Serve with additional picante sauce.
Makes 4 servings, about 4 cups soup.
