Easy Crawfish Soup

1 large onion
1 large bell pepper
1 stick margarine (1/4 lb)
1 pound crawfish tails
4 cans cream of potato soup
2 cans yellow cream style corn
3 soup cans skim milk
Season to taste

Saute onions and bell pepper until tender. Add crawfish tails and cook approximately 20 minutes. Add rest of the ingredients and cook 20 minutes uncovered.

Serves 12.
