Shrimp and Lobster Stew
- Make roux:
- 1/2 cup cooking oil
- 6 tbs flour
- Add and saute until smooth:
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
- 1 clove chopped garlic
- 1 stalk chopped calory
- Add:
- 1 lb medium shrimp
- Meat from one lobster tail
- Salt and pepper to taste
Cook for 15 minutes. Add fresh parsley and onion tops and serve over rice.
