Shrimp and Lobster Stew

Make roux:
1/2 cup cooking oil
6 tbs flour

Add and saute until smooth:
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
1 clove chopped garlic
1 stalk chopped calory

1 lb medium shrimp
Meat from one lobster tail
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook for 15 minutes. Add fresh parsley and onion tops and serve over rice.
