Shrimp Soup

- 1 lb jumbo shrimp (cleaned)
- 1 can condensed chicken gumbo soup
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
- 1 jar pimentos, (drained)
- 3 onions
- 2 cloves garlic (chopped)
- 1 cup of water
- 1/4 cup of raw rice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp basil leaves
- 1 bay leaf
- Dash of red pepper
Heat everything together, until boiling. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer until shrimp is tender and rice is done.
