Spicy Potato Soup

1 lb ground beef
4 cups cubed peeled potatoes (1/2 inch cubes)
1 small chopped onion
Three 8 oz cans tomato sauce
4 cups water
Salt and pepper to taste

In a Dutch oven or large pot, brown ground beef. Drain. Add potatoes, onion and tomato sauce. Stir in water, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.

Yield: 6-8 servings
