Vegetable Soup 2

2 lb soup meat
1 small head cabbage, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 carrots, sliced
1 turnip, diced
1 can string beans
1 can whole corn
2 cans whole tomatoes

Boil soup meat for 1/2 hour in 2 quarts water. Skim off top of foam. Add in all remaining ingredients. Season to taste. Simmer 2 hours covered.
