Jambalaya 9

3 tablespoons butter
3/4 pounds of round steak, cut into small cubes
1/2 pound smoked sausage, cut into small cubes
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 branch celery, chopped
1 medium bell pepper, chopped
2 large cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/4 cup Mushrooms, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cups uncooked rice
Two 14-ounce cans beef broth
Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350F. Saute meats in butter until tender. Add vegetables and saute until onions are clear. Mix soup into pot of meat and vegetables. Stir thoroughly. Add rice, broth and seasonings. Stir to mix well. Pour into casserole dish and bake until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender
