Artichoke Rice

One 7 oz box Konriko Wild Pecan Rice
2 Tbs butter or margarine
8 oz fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup sliced green onions, including tops
1/2 tsp Konriko Creole Seasoning
One 14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Cook Wild Pecan Rice according to package directions. Melt butter in large skillet, add mushrooms, green onions, and Konriko Creole seasoning, and saute until mushrooms are tender. Add mushroom mixture and remaining ingredients to cooked rice. Mix well and heat through.

Yield: 6-10 servings,
