Chicken and Rice 2

1 cup dry rice
1 cup mushroom soup
1 chicken, cut up and skinned
2 cups of water
1 tsp Tony Chachere's
1 pkg. dry onion soup
8 drops Tabasco
1 tsp salt

Put rice in bottom of baking dish. Place chicken on top of rice. Mix mushroom soup and rice. Pour over chicken. Put onion soup over this. Cover with lid. Cook 1 hour. Remove lid. Then cook 1/2 hour at 350F.
