Chinese Rice Dressing

1 large bell pepper
2 large onions
1-1/2 lb ground meat
1 can Chinese vegetables
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can onion soup
One 4 oz can mushrooms

On top of stove wilt onion, bell pepper. Add ground meat and brown. Strain grease. Add canned ingredients and cook until dissolved. Add 1-1/2 cups raw rice. Bake at 325F for 1 hour.
