In skillet saute ground meat, sausage in 1/4 cup of oil until brown. Drain, grease and set aside. In another skillet, saute onions, bell pepper celery, garlic, green onions and seasonings in remaining 1/4 cup of oil. Add parsley. In large bowl mix all above ingredients well.
