Green Rice 2

2 cups raw rice
1 bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/4 cup margarine
1-1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp red pepper
4 cups beef bouillon (6 cubes in 4 cups boiling water)

Combine all ingredients. Bake without stirring in two quart casserole with tight fitting cover. Bake at 350F for about 45 minutes. Remove cover and toss. Serve hot.
