Jambalaya 4

1 chicken fryer - boiled, deboned and skinned or any leftover chicken cut up into small pieces
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
3 celery stalks, chopped
1 large can tomato sauce
2 tbs Cajun Power sauce
2 tbs Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
4 chicken bouillon cubes
3 cups raw rice, rinsed well to remove starch

Cook all except rice over low heat for 15 minutes. Add in rice - cover with enough water to cover by 1/2 inch over. Cover and simmer 45 minutes. Stir once halfway through.
