Louisiana Spinach Rice

One 7 oz box Konriko Wild Pecan Rice
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/3 cup chopped onion
One 10 oz pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
1/2 tsp nutmeg
4-6 slices cooked, crumbled bacon
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Cook Wild Pecan Rice according to package directions. Melt butter in large skillet; add onion and saute until almost tender. Add spinach and nutmeg and saute 2 minutes longer. Add spinach mixture, and remaining ingredients to cooked rice. Mix well and heat through.

Yield: 6-8 servings.
