Mushroom Herb Rice

One 7 oz box Konriko Wild Pecan Rice
2 Tbs butter or margarine
8 oz fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 tsp Konriko Creole Seasoning
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Cook Wild Pecan Rice according to package directions. Melt butter in large skillet; add mushrooms, green pepper, onion, and Konriko Creole Seasonings. Saute until vegetables are tender. Add mushroom mixture, salt and pepper to cooked rice. Mix well and heat through.

Yield: 6-8 servings.
