Orange Rice

1-1/3 cups (about 3 ribs) chopped celery with leaves
1/4 cup minced green onions
2 tbs minced parsley
1/4 cup butter or margarine
3 cups water
1 tbs grated orange peel
2 cups orange juice
2 tsp salt
2 cups rice

In a heavy saucepan saute celery, green onions and parsley in butter. Add water orange peel and juice and salt. Bring to boil and slowly stir in rice. Cover, reduce heat and cook 25 minutes or until rice is tender- Fluff with fork.

Makes 10 to 12 servings.

This recipe is adaptable to a rice cooker. After all ingredients are blended, pour everything in rice cooker, add rice and mix. Turn on rice cooker
