Oven Rice Dressing 1

1 pound ground meat
1 cup raw rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can French onion soup
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
1 tsp of black & red pepper mixed

Slightly brown ground meat and drain. Mix all ingredients in a casserole dish. Cover tightly with aluminum foil. Bake at 350F for 1 hour. Remove from oven and let stand about 10 minutes. Uncover and toss before serving.
