Rib and Sausage Jambalaya

3 lb pork ribs, 2-3 inch pieces
1 lb fresh sausage, casing removed
1 tbs oil
2 onions, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 can beef broth
3 cups water
Season to taste
2 cups cooked rice (room temperature)

Brown sausage and ribs in oil. Add onions, bell pepper. Cook until tender. Add beef broth, water and seasoning. Let simmer about 1 hour or until ribs are tender and water is cooked down just enough to cover meat. Add cooked rice. Mix well and serve.
