Rice Au Gratin

3 cups hot cooked rice
1 cup grated Cheddar cheese, divided
1 cup hot milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground white pepper
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Place rice and 1/2 cup Cheese in a buttered shallow 1-quart baking dish. Combine milk, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire. Pour over rice; mix well, Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 350F for 20 minutes.

Makes 4 servings.

Serve with:
Broiled Steak, Greer Asparagus, Combination Salad, Hard Rolls, Fruited Gelatin.
