Rice Dressing 1

1 lb lean ground beef
1 lb ground pork sausage, mild
1 cup cooked rice
1/2 cup cooking oil
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
1 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup chopped celery
Salt, pepper, and hot sauce to taste
1 clove garlic
1 bunch green onion, chopped
1 tbs minced parsley

In skillet saute ground meat and sausage in 1/4 cup of oil until brown. Drain grease and set aside. In another skillet, saute onions, bell pepper, celery, garlic, green onions and seasonings in remaining 1/4 cup of oil. Add parsley. In large bowl, mix all the ingredients well.

Serves four to six.
