Cook and stir meat and onion in large skillet until onion is tender. Drain off fat. Stir in remaining ingredients. Turn mixture into ungreased two quart casserole. Cover and bake in 350F oven stirring occasionally until rice is tender, 50 to 60 minutes. A small amount of water can be added if necessary.
