Sausage Jambalaya 2

1 lb hot smoked sausage
2 cups rice
One No. 2 can tomatoes
One diced onion
5 garlic cloves, diced
1/2 sweet pepper, diced
1/2 cup celery, diced
1/2 tsp red pepper
1 tsp salt

Combine tomatoes, seasonings, and cut pieces of smoked fried sausage. Work cooked rice into gravy with fork. Do not stir. Add 1/2 cup chopped parsley. Cook over low fire for 10 minutes.
