Seafood and Rice Supreme

1/2 cup Chopped onions
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
2 tbs water
2 cups cooked rice
12 oz peeled, deveined raw shrimp
1 cup (6-1/2 oz) fresh or frozen crabmeat
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
3/4 cup buttered rice cereal, crushed

Cook onions, celery, and green pepper in water until tender. Add rice, shrimp, crab meat, mayonnaise, and seasonings. Mix well. Turn into a buttered shallow casserole or individual sea shells. Top with buttered rice cereal. Bake at 375F for 25 minutes.

Makes 6 servings.
