Shrimp Okra Dressing

1 dish smothered okra
1 lb ground meat or
1-1/2 lb cleaned and peeled shrimp
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
Tabasco to taste
Tony Chachere's seasoning to taste,
1 can Rotel tomatoes
3 cups raw rice

Put rice cooking after washing and adding salt. Clean and devein shrimp, set aside. If using ground meat instead of shrimp brown with garlic, onion and bell pepper. Smother okra. After cooking okra with vegetables (if using shrimp add to okra and cook until shrimp is done), then add cooked rice to mixture and serve hot.
