1/2 lb Bacon Cut In small Pieces
2 lb Beef, Ham, Pork or Combo
1 Can Tomato Paste
1 Can Tomato Sauce
3 large Chopped Onions ( or More)
3 Chopped Bell Peppers
2 Sticks Chopped Celery
1.5 oz Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
2 Heads Chopped Fine Garlic
1 Dash Liquid Smoke If Desired

*** Cook bacon, add all seasoning, meat and worcestershire sauce, cook until meat breaks apart. Salt and pepper to taste.

*** NOTE: Cut meat into chunk size. Chop seasoning fine as you like. Cook until meat falls apart and makes like a mush.

Yield: 10 Servings

Barbecue Sauce
1 pt Kraft Plain Barbecue Sauce
2 med Chopped Fine Onions
4 Pods Chopped Fine Garlic
1 med Chopped Fine Bell Pepper
1-1/2 lb Margarine
1 lrg Spoon Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp Liquid Smoke
2 Cans Frozen Limeade Concentrate
2 tbs Brown Sugar

*** Cook 1/2 lb margarine with onions, garlic and bell pepper until limp. Add barbecue sauce and cook 20 minutes. Do not add water! Add worcestershire sauce, liquid smoke, limeade and brown sugar. Cook 10 minutes and add 1 lb margarine and stir until melted.
