China Pepper Steak

1 lb Round Steak
2 Sliced Green Pepper
2 Quartered Tomato
4 Chopped Onion
4 tbs Soy Sauce
1 cup Bean Sprout
1/4 cup Butter
1/2 tsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Cornstarch
1 Clove Minced Garlic
1/4 tsp Pepper
1/2 tsp Salt
2 tbs Water

*** Slice steak thinly in short crosswise pieces. Heat butter in skillet and add garlic, salt and pepper. Add beef and brown on both sides. Add soy sauce and sugar; cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Add rinsed sprouts, tomatoes and green peppers; cover and simmer 5 minutes. Dissolve corn starch in water and stir in. Stir until sauce thickens. Sprinkle with onions and serve on rice.
