Egg Foo Yong

3 Egg
1 cup Bean Sprout
1/2 cup Cooked Pork
2 tbs Peanut Oil
2 tbs Chopped Onion
1 tbs Soy Sauce

*** Beat eggs until thick; stir in sprouts, pork, onion, and soy sauce. Heat oil in skillet and pour in some of mixture at a time. Using spatula push eggs as they cool over meat to form patty. When patty is firm, turn over to brown other side. Serve with sauce.

Yield: 4 Servings
