Pork Chops Nicoise

6 Pork Chops
1 tbs Olive Oil
4 Chopped Tomato
2 Cloves Minced Garlic
1 Chopped Green Pepper
1 tsp Basil
1/2 cup Black Olive

*** Heat oil in a large skillet and brown chops until light brown. Add tomatoes, garlic, pepper and basil. Cover and simmer 30 minutes, turn chops once. Add olives and cook over low heat 10 minutes. Serve with rice.
